Here since November of 2004, Erica works as a receptionist, a technician assistant, and is a member of the marketing team at Emmitsburg Veterinary Hospital. She enjoys gardening, scrap booking and dabbling in photography. Most of all she enjoys running agility with her Doberman girl, Citta. Receptionist at Emmitsburg Veterinary Hospital since 2001, Melody lives in the Blue Ridge Summit area. Their pets include two Shih-Poos, Snoops and Chelsea and her three cats named Kitser, Bud and Baby.

Along with family activities, Melody enjoys gardening and interior decorating.

Steph has been a receptionist at Emmitsburg Veterinary Hospital since 2002, and she also is in charge of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable. A huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan, she is also a fan of hockey (GO PENS!) and drag racing. She and John, her husband of 16 years, have a daughter named Danielle. In addition, they have 2 cats, Hemi and Manson, a horse named Norman, and a Rottweiler named Eli. Steph's heart will forever be with the Rottweiler breed. She feels that the gentle giant is just that, and when a Rott puppy enters the hospital, it is playtime!
